Terms and Conditions

Policies:
Non-smoking property. No pets allowed. Local telephone calls (including
Angel Fire, Red River, Eagle Nest and Questa) are free; long distance calls
may be placed with a phone or credit card.

|
|
Cleaning fee:
$125 (once for entire stay).
|
|
|
|
Minimum stay:
Three (3) nights (call to check on potential one and two night openings).
|
|
|
|
Arrival and Departure:
Check-in is after 4:00PM, check-out is 11:00AM.
|
|
|
|
Maximum Capacity:
Eight guests
|

|
|
Deposits and Cancellation:
Confirmed reservations require a 50% deposit, due within seven
days from date of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to
arrival. Your deposit is refundable, minus a 20% handling fee, up
to 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival
will be forfeited unless the property is rebooked (if the property is
re-rented for some or all of your reservation period, you will be
refunded your rental and fees on a night-by-night basis). You are
responsible for your fully reserved stay. Visa or MasterCard is preferred
for deposits.
